We prioritise your well-being by providing specific training to our team, equipping them with the competence and confidence to handle a spectrum of clinical procedures—from gastrostomy and tracheostomy care to syringe drivers, oxygen therapy, and beyond.

The primary goal of clinical care is to promote the health and wellbeing of individuals, prevent or alleviate illness and injury, restore function and independence and improve the overall quality of life. This is delivered in the customers own home with our specialist teams.

Complex Care 

When it comes to complex care, trust the experts at Retain Healthcare to provide the highest level of support and compassion. This can be delivered in the persons own home or in one of our supported living houses.  Our service is aimed at individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities that significantly impact their daily lives. We offer tailored support plans and additional support to help live fulfilling and independent lives.  Retain have teams of trained professionals including Registered Nurses, Specialist Support workers and apply specific training to meet the needs of those we support including bevavioural support, health monitoring and management, advocacy and empowerment.

Hospice at Home

In our Hospice at Home service, we extend compassionate end of life care to you and your family by truly understanding your values and the significant people in your life. Our commitment is to swiftly and safely facilitate your return home form hospital, ensuring that you or your loved one experience maximum comfort with the necessary support in place. With a deep understanding of the needs of each indivdual and those important to them, we tailor care to provide holistic care and support that encompasses, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. We work closely with the district nurse to support pain management and symptom control to emotional support and practical assistance.

Children and Young People
