Registered Nurses

We have a huge variety of work from NHS Hospitals, Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes to Schools and Colleges you will always have plenty of shifts available to you.

Nurse Training

We offer free classroom based training to all of our staff, and invest in your career.
Not only do we offer all 15 standard of the care certificate we also offer a host of specialist training with the support of our clincal lead and clincal training lead. These include: 
 
- Syringe Driver
- Catheterisation
- IV Cannulation
- Peg
- Tracheostomy

Revalidation

Revalidation started in April 2016 and is the process that all Nurses and Midwides in the UK and all Nursing Associates in England need to follow to maintain their registration in the UK
Revalidation occurs every 3 years and is sent via your online NMC Account. 
It will expect you to understand and reflect on your role of the Code in your practice and demonstrate that you are meeting the standards within it

  • Assist customers as appropriate with their personal needs, such as dressing, washing, meal preparation and access to their community as detailed in the Care Plan.
  • When working within a customer’s home setting you may be assisting customers with, or where necessary carry out light housework, such as dusting, sweeping/ vacuuming carpets, living rooms/ kitchens/ bathrooms and toilets, polishing furniture using dusters/ mops/ equipment, washing and ironing clothing and bed linen, preparing and cooking a meal.
  • Following the outcome focused model, encourage customers to undertake personal care and tasks which they are capable of, recognising that their abilities may change, in some circumstances, on a day-to-day basis
