What do you enjoy about your job role?

I have been working in training and staff development for over 18 years now and I enjoy all elements of my job role. The best part is meeting new people and sharing my knowledge and skills through training to ensure support workers are able to provide high quality care to individuals, ensuring they are treated with respect and kindness. 

As an Assessor for Health and Social Care Diplomas, I enjoy seeing people gain qualifications and develop within their chosen career. 

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family as well as reading books and building lego sets.
