I enjoy the variety my Supported Living Branch Manager role brings; one minute managing the day to day running of a responsive, effective, and high-quality serivce for all our customers, the next visiting customers and providing support when I'm needed. I am responsible and accountable for ensuring all staff have the appropriate training and skills to meet the needs of each customer along with comprehensive Care Plans and Risk Assessments, reporting to the Registered Manager concerns regarding Safeguarding, Incidents and Accidents, recruitment, and internal audits. I enjoy watching Premier Rugby as a season ticket holder for Bath Rugby and have done for many years. At home I like to unwind with crocheting everything from blankets, toys and clothing to cushion covers etc. I also like to spend time with friends watching live music and walking. Other times I can be found snuggled up with my 2 cats, watching films on TV or a good Box Set series.

My role is at the start of the week ensuring payroll for weekly staff is correct and sent out in time. The end of the week ensuring invoicing to customers is correct both for Agency and Homecare.

I love spending time with family and friends, travelling, and visiting national trusts. I lived in America for over 9 years so spending time with family after not being able to is lovely!
