A warm welcome to our Finance Apprentice

When we decide to expand our finance team at Retain Healthcare, we made the conscious decision to open up the opportunity to an apprentice. 

Offering an opportunity like this gives someone the chance to get onto the career ladder without experience, following a structured in house training programme as well as having the support of a training partner. We decided to work with Gloucestershire College to find the ideal candidate. 

Our Talent Acquisition Manager, Hannah Carter, worked with the Head of Finance to create the ideal job advert. She utilised the https://www.gov.uk/apply-apprenticeship platform to advertise and took our time to ensure we found the perfect match for Retain.

We are thrilled to have welcomed Keira Barnett on board who has recently joined the Retain family to complete her Level 2 Finance Apprenticeship. 

Following the recruitment process Keira praise the recruitment team for their support "thank you for all your help, you have been the best help."

She has thrown herself into the challenge and is receiving fantastic feedback from her team manager.
