RETAIN ARE ENDORSED BY SKILLS FOR CARE

Here at Retain we are extremely proud to become a Skills for Care Endorsed Training Provider, which recognises the high standard and quality of the training we deliver. Not only is this provided for our own staff but we also support a large number of external employers with all aspects of training. 

We now deliver training for employers in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Swindon, Dorset, Hampshire, Oxford, Bristol, Bath and now even Cornwall. We are able to design bespoke sessions, tailored to individual employers needs and requests.

Retain Skills is also an acredited City and Guilds Assessment Centre, we deliver Health and Social Care Diplomas at level 2,3,4 and 5, TAQA awards at level 3 and 4- we have a team of very experienced and dedicated assessors and internal quality assurers, all who have been conducting this role for a number of years.

Skills for Care Endorsement

What is endorsement?

Skills for Care endorsement is a bespoke quality mark given to the best learning and development providers within the adult social care sector. It helps employers to easily identify high quality training providers without the need to search through the minefield of existing providers.

To become endorsed you must be able to clearly evidence that the training you have delivered has made a significant difference, not only to the learner but also to the person accessing care and support.
