Retain Healthcare are here to provide highly trained and skilled Nurses, Care Assistants and Support workers to the South West.

Now, with offices in Bristol, Cheltenham, Chippenham and Salisbury, the director David Trowbridge has successfully completed a management buy out of 3 First City Nursing Services offices to compliment the new Bristol location. Having worked for the family business for over 10 years managing the Cheltenham branch initially as well as being head of Sales and Marketing for First City. David is now the Director for Retain Healthcare. Retain healthcare are an innovative, forward thinking company and have retained the quality ethos our customers have grown to expect. First City Nursing Services, a family Business operating for over 20 years will remain in Swindon, under the management of David’s Brother Stephen.

This buy out and growth has opened up new career opportunities within the group, we have recruited a clinical lead to oversee our clincal care packages and we are now seeking manager for our Cheltenham and Bristol offices and also a recruitment and retention coordinator for Bristol.

Retain Healthcare have also taken over the CQC registrations from First City Nursing & Care for the Cheltenham, Chippenham and Salisbury offices which enables us to continue to retain our inspection ratings. Currently all good with outstanding for responsive in Cheltenham. This enable us to continue to provide high quality homecare as well as agency staffing. Customers can rest assured that with our experience and being CQC regulated that we will always strive for outstanding in all that we do.
